Doug Parham, President of the Inland Bays Foundation (IBF)), is proud to announce the nomination of Nancy Cabrera-Santos to the IBF Board of Directors, effective immediately. In addition to becoming a Board member, Nancy has been appointed the Foundation’s Advocacy Manager. In this role, she will be preparing advocacy programs that target specific actions needed to clean our Inland Bay’s Estuary waters. She will also manage the Foundation’s lobbying and litigation programs.
Nancy has served as the Lord Baltimore Women’s’ Club Environmental Coordinator; Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Citizen Committee at the Center for the Inland Bays; and the Sussex County League of Women Voters where she is Chair of the Water & Sea Level Rise Committee.
After a twenty-year career with AT&T as an International Marketing Director, Nancy moved to Delaware to pursue her passion for environmental conservation. She is a graduate of Beloit College (Wisconsin) with a double degree in Biology and Spanish. She holds a M.S. degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh. Her teaching positions include American and George Washington University, and Central University (Quito, Ecuador).
